regarding tier2 redundency please gevime your advice

hi guys
I am really thankfull to you if you could give me adcive to me

my querry is that i got tier2 visa for 3 years valid from 30 april 2009 untill 2012. its goonews for me, but unfortunatley my sponsor(company) have been closed without giving any proper reason. and they did not pay me salry from that time regularly.

please any one tell me what should i do?

Find another sponsor and switch to Tier 2 asap (within 28 days).
