US Citizen applying for tier 2

Post by Roberto » Sat Aug 08, 2009 5:23 pm

My girlfriend is trying to come back to the UK by way of a tier 2 visa. She has a job, had CRBs completed and is now filling out her application.

Now, she was here for 6mths last year as part of the BUNAC programme. During that application, she was denied entry clearance due to a misunderstanding of the BUNAC programme in her application. My questions is, is being denied entry clearance the same as being denied the Visa? She was able to re-apply and obviously allowed to travel but explaining this on the new application seems difficult.

Thanks, Rob

PS - Does anyone know any reliable and cheap visa companies who could help her with the application? £400 seems awfully high.

Very simple answer explain the situation in a letter with all the facts and submit with the application.
