Hello Experts,
I am currently working with my employer for 1.5 year as a Communications Engineer (my job title) on a PW visa.I am planning to apply for my Tier 2 Visa.
1) When my employer applies for CoS for me do they have to look for the same job titile and description in code of practice and assign me that salary and code number or do they relate my skills to the closest job discription and select that code number.
2) Does my job title have to match word by word with one from CoP document and if its different from my existing one do i have to work on it for 6 months before applying?
If i am wrong in any of this can somebody please explain to me what i should do?
