What companies sponsor for UK work visas?

Hello friends,
I am a citizen of USA.I am working in a software development company at Chicago.Now I am looking to relocate to London, UK. I work for a company
in the US now but would like to find a job in London, however would need a work visa.What would be the easiest way of finding companies that will sponsor for work visas?Please help.
