FRESH TIER 2 APPLICATION. DO I NEED ICFN

I am currently a student in england under tier 4. I have got a job and my company gave me a certificate of sponsor ship no. for tier 2 application. but

1. Do I need ICFN? I dont have it, cause it was not asked for for tier 4. would I need to apply for it?
2. Do I need a biometric? I already gave them in my country for tier 4. Woul i need to do that again in England. If yes, then how to go about it? would i need an appointment or that?
