My cousin got refused uk tier 2 visa
He worked in uk earlier for 1 year from 2004 to 2005 , and he was charged with case and for that he was asked to pay fine in court he paid amount and he had payment receipt too . at time he confirmed that it wont impact his career tovisit to uk .
In year 2010 we was supposed to travel uk on work permit he did a mistake While filling the form he forgot to mention section 6.9 which is regarding do you have any case. He mentioned as not applicable .
The result is refusing under 320(7A) and (7B).
Can any one please help him how to appoach under this gravity ? he has all documents to furnish. he over looked while filling the form, and know he feels bad and he accepts that he did a mistake by over lookng it , he noticed only when he got refused and he searched for documents and finally he got them he is ready put the documents for uk visa authorites.
he need some guidence to approach on this .
Please help us .it is bit urgent
