Tier 2 Sponsor Application.

Hi all

Please help me with my employer's application. We have recently Applied for the Sponsorship Licence and received a letter from Home Office saying we haven't provided a letter from bank setting out the dealings it has had with the organisation, including nature and duration of its dealings.

Can any body tell me the format or content of the letter as business account manager my bank don't know what to include in such type of letter.
