Tier 2 General - Contract

Hi ,

Currently I am in UK on TIER 2 (ICT) visa. If I get a new job and have to switch to TIER 2 (General) visa category can I work as a contractor with the new employer OR do I need to work as a Full time (permanent) employee.

Allowed to work as an "employee" of the sponsor.
