Tier 2 Visa refusal

HI,

i received my tier 2 decision today and they refused the application based on the ground that my salary is 20K instead of the minimum 22K required for the graduate software engineer (according to the job code). I have received points for all the other criteria.

they have sent me a form which i can use to appeal. i spoke with my company and they agreed to increase my salary to meet the requirements. can someone point me in the right direction please? Do i just need to send the appeal form with the updated salary letter from the company? or is there some other procedure to follow? please advise..

any response much appreciated.

same tHing Happened witH me, but in my Case , tHey Had tHe Old poliCy doCument so teCNiCally my pay was aCCording to tHe latest poliCy. I am appealing against it. Let's see wHat Happens...

PS, Sorry for tHe Caps, Keys are stuCk on my laptop :)
