SAR file and WP1 forms

Hi,

I am in UK on WP issued in 2006 and then extended for 5 years in 2007. I understand my company provided my job description in WP1 form then they also provided WP1x form for extension. For some reasons, HR do not have copy of WP1 and WP1x.

I really need copy of these forms so I can match my job description with code of practice as I am applying for ILR in Oct 2011.

If I request SAR file from HO to provide 'all details they hold under my reference in their record'. Would HO will provide copy of WP1 & WP1x form as part of my request?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

YES YOU WOULD GET THE WP1 FORM AS WELL....
I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME AND HAVE ALL THE INFORMATIONS EVEN THE NEWS PAPERS CUTTING WE SUPPLIED WITH APPLICATION.

SO GET SAR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Do you have template of letter you requested for SAR and how long it took ?

Also what did you submitted ?
