Tier 2 Extension

Afternoon Gentlemen.

Can you please advice on the scenario below?

I am with the same employer since last three years and my extension for tier2 is due in September.
However my employer (on Tier 2 register) is refusing to issue me an extension COS. The company had no trouble during the thin time and had made no redundancies during my term of employment.
I belive it’s just not enough notice to tell me that they are not going to extend my employment.
Can anyone shed some light on the rights of migrant worker working in the UK on tier2 please?

Also can senior members also advice on any option I may have?
