ICT Duration Time

Post by Dareich » Sun Aug 21, 2011 6:56 pm

Hi all,

My query is this: if I work under Tier 2 ICT Long Term staff, for how long can I stay in UK, considering all the extensions, and "(re)extensions" if there is any?

If the total amount is above 5 years, would I be eligible for a ILR?

Thanks.

The new rules are that you can stay up to 5 years, but these will not count to ILR.

Thanks for the answer ArgieBee,

But it's still quite not clear yet. Couldn't I be granted a ILR if I'm a qualifying work permit holder, as in the site listed below?
