PSW to Tier2 switching requires at least 6 months employment

hi every1,

i am on tier1(PSW) and planning to switch to Tier2.My employer ready to sponsor me.

But when my visa will expire , i have worked with them 5 months and 24 days.Do i must show at least 6 months employment with this employer.

is there any way to handle this situation.

You must show that you have been working for the company for the last 6 months before you can apply otherwise your company has to do a Resident Labor Market Test. (RLMT)
