Tier 2 dependant visa for infant- maintainence question

My husband is in UK on tier 2 visa. I and my 1 month old daughter plan to join hi on dependent visa. I had a question about maintainence of funds.
For me, I have enough funds in MY bank account. For my daughter, can my bank statements be considered? or the funds need to be maintained for my daughter in my husbands bank account only? The problem is, all are funds are in my bank account and my husbands bank account does not have the required balance maintained.
