Tier 2 Dependant - Accommodation requirement

Hi,
I am on Tier 2 General visa and my wife will be applying as my dependant in a couple of weeks.
I need some help regarding accommodation requirements from the knowledgeable people on this forum. Currently I am living in a shared accommodation, with a double room for myself. If my landlord provides an NOC that the room is enough for two people, will it be sufficient for UKBA or do they have some more requirements? (A copy of tenancy agreement will also be provided to UKBA).
Can anyone guide me to the UKBA webpages where I can get more information about their requirements regarding accommodation for dependants of Tier 2 ?
