I am on Tier 2 Visa (Intracompany Category) in UK and have resigned from my job. I have the following questions.

1. My Tier 2 Visa is valid for another year. Am I and my spouse allowed to stay up to 60 days?

2. My Schenegan Visa is valid for an year. I wish to travel Europe. Will I face problems during re-entry to UK in Calais as I have already resigned from my current job?

You may be denied entry under 321A(1).

Thanks for your kind response. Just to make sure my understanding is correct.

My sponsor is an A Level Sponsor. I do not think its license is withdrawn/revoked. I resigned from the organisation a week back.

How long do I have to wrap things up here in UK and move out of the country? Does it mean that I have up to 60 days to move out of UK? I am planning on moving out of UK in 15 days.

Kindly suggest if it OK.
