Tier 2 sponsorship withdrawl Pl.help

I wanted to know if tier 2 sponsor withdraws job offer ,how much time period is there to look for new COS & apply for new tier 2 visa.
My other query is should we wait for the UKBA LETTER of cancellation for current tier 2 visa,and when does the time period ,(which i think should be 60 days) to get new sponsor,starts ..... after getting letter from home office ??.
