tier 2 dependant visa refused

Hi All,

I was in tier 4 dependant and i got a chance to switch into tier 2 general and I applied altogether inside UK((wife,my kid as well), unfortunately my wife application hasn't got through as the reason behind is , she is in tier 4 primary applicant if i want to switch her status into my dependant then she has to apply from back home(India-Chennai), therefore could you advise what are the documents should i need to provide along with application apart from below docs,

1) My Visa copy (Bio metric card copy)
2) maintenance fund ( which i can get it from my company -A rated sponsor)
3) Tenancy agreement for resident proof
4) Applicant passport etc....

However has anybody filled the online form before because in the Sections on the form it ask couple of questions of maintenace. and I am not sure what actually they mean as in my case my compnay is A-rated company who is ready to sponsor my wife
