company needs to be on UKBA's tier 2 'register of sponsors'
AND
you must be offered a full time job by that company that satisfies 'code of practice' criteria associated with the job being offered.

non uk and non eu students require 'sponsorship'. eu and uk nationals can be employed without this tier 2 sponsorship
