spouses - can they work?

Hi there,
I have a tier 2 employer-sponsored visa and my spouse's visa depends on mine. Does she have the right work?

she has more rights than you.. she can work for any employer or start a company if she wishes!

They cannot work as a doctor / dentist in training posts (exemptions apply).
