Hello All,

My situation is; I have a DUI (Just Misdemeanor) conviction from USA from November 2008. I will be declaring this on my UK Visa application form.
Can one of you please help and let me know if I will face any problems getting the Tier 2 ICT Visa?
Has anyone received a Tier 2 ICT with a DUI conviction, no matter which country.

Will appreciate an early response.
