Hi there,

My visa runs out on 1-02-12. i have been working for my employer for the past one year. My employer applied for sponsor's licence in Nov 11. We have not heard from UKBA yet. We tried calling them but of no help.

my salary is well above the recommended.
I wanted to ask that if i make a postal application as soon as possible mentioning the reference number obtained when applied for sponsor's licence along with my application form, would UKBA consider it??

if not can you please suggest what should i do?
