Entry Clearance application for Tier-2

Post by flamexx2 » Sat Feb 18, 2012 7:01 am

Hi Guys

I need some valuable suggestion for my tier-2 application . I was in UK for last 7 years. My previous leave to remain was PSW. I did tried to switch to Tier-2 category (in country application). My leave to remain status expired during application process and my application was refused as well due to SOC code incompatiblity. However I did appeal lodge for that decision. But before my hearing was conducted which was on 9th Nov 2011, I did left UK voluntarily. Now I am applying entry clearance on tier-2 category for same employer. I am just wondering, while making new application, do i have to send evidence of my appeal to UKBA so that they will not reject my fresh application based on over stayer.

Your generous suggestion will be highly appreicated.

Many thanks
