I am working on tier 2 type visa(valid for 3 years) which is going to expire soon and looking for 2 year extension under T2(W) catagory form. I was transferred from one employer to other under TUPE (Transfer Under Protection of Employment) Contract.
T2(W) visa extension form are only for those people who got the visa for 2 or 3 years & want extension up to 5years and who are working for same emloyer who applied for his Certificate of Sponsor. In my case, my previous employer had applied for my certificate of sponsor now I am working with different employer. when I started with new(current) emloyer, UK embassy send me an email in which they mentioned that your tier 2 visa is still valid for new emloyer.
I am confused now
, can i get the visa extension easily? Have anyone got the idea about it? Please help
