Tier 2 ICT LTS change of employer - Post April 2015

My bad. Apology on my part, I think I should have explained the situation with more clarity. So here it is:

1. Me and my wife both work in the same company for over 4 years. This is a multinational company having branch in UK.
2. The UK branch is asking us to join them for minimum 2 years in Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa.
3. So both of us will be having Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa.
4. In this situation is one of us gets a contract/offer and wants to move to a different organization can that person switch to Tier 2 ICT dependent visa from Tier 2 Main Applicant from within UK?

That question has already been answered.

You can only apply from home country after a 12 month cooling off period .

Read all of the replies from CR001. She has already explained all this to you. You can match her replies to all the situations you have been asking about, even for you now saying that both you and your wife will be on your own Tier 2 ICT visas.

You also need to understand that these are under the present rules. Nobody knows what will change in the future but I think that most guess that it won't get easier for those wanting to become a British citizen.

Oh yes. I don't expect the rules getting favorable for Non EU guys, considering that large number of migrant already landed there and trying to obtain British Citizenship.
