Hi everyone,

I'm in same situation. Actually my company applied RCoS 25th of August and application on SMS portal is under review.
My company has contacted them twice and request them to make it quick but they don't bother.
Now my visa has expired and I applied FLRO on that basis "I'm waiting for CoS"

Not sure what can be done as I'm really worried.

Just an update from my employer. They chased up with the home office and it appears that they are working through a back log of Rcos approvals and cannot provide a specific time to when it will be approved. Hang in there guys

Hi All, i got the rcos allocated to me on 20 Sep.
I will say if rcos is not allocated till today then kindly chase home office or your employer for the updates.

As far as i know all the cos not allocated this month might get roll over for oct month allocation, but i am not 100 percent sure on this.

All i can say please do not loose hope and be placid no matter happens. It can be exasperating waiting but its all worth it in the end.

Share if anyone get his cos allocated too this month

My employer received approval for my RCoS this afternoon. Submitted 4th Sep, Shortage, not sure the score.

I received notification today that my RCOS application was not approved - will be looking in to re-applying, but thought I should let people know that it seems that decisions are still being made. I applied at the beginning of August, and supplied additional information on September 8th.

I'm not entirely certain yet, as my HR department is dealing with it, but I was told it had something to do with the Resident Market Labor Test. By the sounds of it, it is likely missing information or something that was done incorrectly in the process, rather than a lack of points / quota filled or something like that.

They had applied end of august I think. They are quite bad with giving updates. I have been chasing from July and now need to chase for the next steps.

what is the occupation code? is it in shortage list?
I'm also still waiting from middle of August. Hope to get it on this month's allocation.
