Tier 2 Visa after rejection of UAE employment visa

Post by agupta » Fri Oct 25, 2013 2:31 pm

I was refused UAE employment visa and barred from entering UAE on health grounds. Now I am applying for UK Tier 2 Visa. Will my rejection for UAE visa have any impact on my UK visa process and do I need to declare my UAE visa rejection?

Sushil

Thanks a lot for the information. Does HO specifically ask for such information in application? My passport shows only cancelled visa...without any remarks.

I have travelled to UK 10 years back and stayed on WP for 6 months.

Question 6.3 on the VAF9 paper application form asks if you have been refused a visa for any country. If you don't answer this question truthfully (with a YES) it will be considered deception and you may be barred from entering the UK for a number of years.

The Home Office have access to more information about you than what can be seen from the stamps in your passport

Saying true will keep you bold!

Don't be afraid, Say truth... Yes I have been refused and provide full details.

You will get your Tier 2.
