Tier 2 Extension Help

Dear Group Admin / Moderators,

I need you kind assistance please. I worked on Tier 2 ICT visa from August 2010 to November 2012. I thereafter travelled to UK twice on business visa from India in December 2012 to April 2013 and then July 2013 to September 2013. In between, in May 2013 I applied for Tier 2 General visa from India which got rejected due to cooling period, however, on filing admin review the same got overturned in October 2013 and I got my T-2 visa stamped in November 2013 (7 November stamping date and 17 November travel date) for 2.6 years from India.

Now I am going to file for an extension for 3 years, however, wish to confirm that the break in 2012 -13 and getting business visa's etc will make myself eligible for filing for extension. In other words, is there a chance that UKVI might consider the period of August 2010 - November 2012 (although left country on 12 November last employer intimated on 9 December 2012) as continuous employment as the visa rejected in June 2013 was overturned in admin review in October 2013.

You can do a Tier 2 G extension. Your previous stay on ICT should not be an issue.
