T-2 General In country application withdrawak

Post by norty109 » Mon Sep 12, 2016 2:13 pm

Hi,

I am on currently T-2 General visa which is valid for another 2 years+. Another company offered me a job position on T-2 G visa and their solicitors issued me COS and did online application for premium service. However, I do not wish to change the employer now. My questions are: 1) Shall I ask the solicitor who did the application to withdraw it , 2) Is there an impact on my current visa status due to this ( I still have all my documents with me and I did tell the solicitor to wait before issuing COS and application).

Please advise.
