I talked with my employer. She told me:

"From experience the longer it takes the less likely we are to get one but don't take that as definite... "

As we have people waiting with 55 and 50 points I THINK this month the score is 56 points!

Hope I´m wrong. Just a guess:(

Well it seems some people on 50 points have already got theirs?

If the new changes in tier 2 visa rules aren’t taking immediate effect then probably scores will stay same as last month

I know it. I think just one correct? I would say it´s because this person entered with a special additional score because he has studied in UK in the past...
As I mentioned I hope I´m wrong, but one full week have passed and no more RCoS were given to people with 50 and 55´s.

I think the only way you can get additional score is by going through the milkround route...correct me if I am wrong.

Hi! I’m also waiting at 50 points. The delay may have been caused by the recent discussions on the immigration policy. We’ll probably get updates by the end of this day or early next week! :D

I am purely speculating here. But why did the government chose 6th July as the implementation date? Does this have to do something with the fact that all applications must be submitted by the 5th of July and they would still consider the old cap rules for July allocation as well? That would mean that July allocation would still see a high points cut off.

Again this is a pure speculation.

The cut off is the 5th but the meeting is the 11th so presumably it would be subject to the new rules.

I guess many people in this forum are still waiting to hear from their employers. But I was wondering if you guys are aware of anyone being granted a RCoS in your close circle, like a friend or a colleague?

If the cut off is 56 this month then it amkes it little tough for 45 to go through in July depending on the number of applications stuck at that point.

I strongly believe there are no updates from HO itself. So , we should wait until next week to get clear picture. Anyways people with 40-45 points might get clear in coming months. But can anyone confirm if minimum points is 21 or 32 to get Rcos ?

Thanks

The typical number of minimum is 21 points but 21 - 30 points are graduate positions. 30 points is the minimum points with appropriate salary for general positions.

Can someone share about RLMT point. 20 points of RLMT will be considered after company portal advertisement for 30 days or It will be considered only if no one applies for this post from Europe?

Are you sure about it? My salary is 27k. I am not a graduate. My company applies with the guidance of a reputable law firm. I believe they would be warn about the salary?

You must be making £30k a year, unless you are exempt for some reason? Do you have guaranteed bonuses or allowances? Are you on the shortage occupation? Is it PhD?
