ICT to Tier2 dependent visa

Hi,

My Wife is currently in UK on ICT visa (expires in May 2019), and i am currently in UK on General Tier 2(expires in 2021), we both are from India.

we were planning to cancel my wife ICT visa and apply for a dependent visa by Feb 2019,
1) So can she apply for a dependent from UK directly or she will have to travel back to India to apply?

2) how much is the acct balance, i need to show in my acct and for how long?

1) No, she can apply from the UK itself

2) £630

However, there are several other document requirements, which I am sure you have looked into.

I am going through the exact same situation and hoping to get it done in the next 2 weeks!
