Maximum terms for PBS dependent leave

Post by Fk27 » Sat Oct 01, 2022 6:24 pm

Hello,

Does anyone know what is the maximum leave to remain(including extension) allowed for PBS dependent visa after which a person needs to apply for Ilr or another visa? I am interested in how long it is allowed to be under this visa rather when a person can apply for Ilr

Thank you,

There is no such maximum term or limit.

Thank you. So a person can just extend this type of visa as many times as they want without getting Ilr?

Yes, as long as the visa route is available.
