Currently I am on a work permit with a company. I have resigned in may.
I want to apply for a new job.
On my immigration status it shows I can work until 28nov 2024
Just wanted to check if I haven't violated the rules and overstayed.
How can I check my status.
I am getting job offers. But want to check if I can reapply.

Your visa is only curtailed when UKVI writes to you.

If you get another job, yes you can apply for a new skilled worker visa.

How have you been maintaining yourself since May if you have not been working for your sponsor??
