(c) the decision maker is satisfied that there are serious and compelling reasons to grant the child entry clearance or permission to stay with the parent who has permission as a Skilled Worker.

Other parent is in India but he do not look after her and do not have sole responsibilities.we have provided all documents regarding sole responsibility like pictures,doctors latter,divorce paper and all .so please help us in urgent basis what can we do please
