Is 'part buy part rent' a public fund ?

Hi,

Im on WP and soon going to file ILR. I have a question 'does part buy part rent schemes falls under public fund. I purchased 25% share of such scheme from Gensis Homes one year ago. Here is link to association http://www.genesishomes.org.uk/

Please advice ? Im so worried.

No. The companies and the banks involved with such schemes are usally private and not affliated with the goverment and public funds. However, I would check with your Landlord / bank to confirm and get some peace of mind.

Many thanks. there is one element which is worrying me that they says we provide subsidized rents and gets partial mony from government.

hmm in which case that may be a very odd technicality. This is something that you will need to discuss with the housing company. Only they will have access to the information whether or not it is included.
