UK dependent visa

I made an application for me and my one year old daughter for UK visa on the 8’th of May 2019 . My husband has a tier 5 visa. So we applied as dependents. Earlier, I received two smses stating that the applications have been forwarded to UKVI. Yesterday I received an sms stating that one processed visa application will be delivered to the chosen address . But till now I haven’t received an sms regarding the second application . What is this supposed to mean ? Has the other application been rejected ?
