Dear friends
I am here in UK since September 2004 on student visa and my 10 years will complete in September 2014 but my visa is rejected due to 5 years cap. Home office gave me appeal right. can you please help me what should I do to extend my appeal till the end of September 2014. There are 10 months to complete my 10 years long residency........
is any body knows, how much time first tier tribunal takes to decide an appeal. waiting your kind reply.

Well da simplest answer is goo for appeal n see how long it takes n try ro stretch it if u can.....it depends hw busy da court is etc.....I'm sure u can spend 10 months in appeal in process !!
