Tire 1 PSW to Tire 4 Student ACCA Funds maintenance

Hi,
After my MBA am on PSW visa which expiring on 10 jan 2014.
am applying for ACCA course .

am confused with funds maintenance . do i have to maintain 2 months funds( £2000) or 9 months ( £9000) for 28 days, funds i have £ 9000 part on my moms name in india and part on my name in uk ( 5 lac's in my moms account in india and £5000 in my account in uk ) is it ok if i submit both statements with my moms no objection letter for using funds any time.
please reply as soon as possible .

Thanks for quick reply . i have been through the link which posted as a 1st reply, but am confused at 1 point ''ESTABLISHED PRESENCE'' . i have completed my MBA in uk and i got PSW . now how much i have to show in my account 2000 or 9000.

can u please reply for my second question about the part maintenance.

you have to show £9000. you can use your parents money for which you have to show your relationship with them such as birth certificate.
