Switching student to dependent

Hi
what document do i need to fill when I switch student to dependent and can apply online as well

Is it just PBS dependent application or any other coz as I'm switching ?

Is your spouse studying an nqf level 7 course that is 12months+ in an HEI? Or is she/he government sponsored?

Yes she is in HEI. LEVEL 7

You need to apply online or complete the print and send application online. There's no paper application form
