hi,
my visa was refused because i exceeded a month on my 5 yr cap rule. Am i responsible for this? As for as i know, it is the college's duty to check and issue relevant cas. As far as where i stand, i don't think i have done anything wrong. They checked all the documents and admitted me.
And now the college is refusing to give me refund saying it was not their fault.
I want to take legal action against them but i cant afford to hire a lawyer.
since i am on my second appeal, is there a way for notifying home office to be able to stay legally while i fight for this case. And what court and what forms do i use to lodge a complain.
Many colleges has been having a easy way out cause students cant afford to fight for thier rights. I however for once want to fight for it. I do have a choice of forgetting my refund, but wont that encourage these colleges to keep on taking free money from the students.
I would rather loose with fighting. Please if any of the members have any idea about the process, i need your suggestions.
Any law studying students, or people with experience, your knowledge would be appreciated.
Can we unite and make a trend? Make a trend that everyone know the process and will not be the victim anymore. We are not free sheep and cashcows. Before i go, i want to show that.
