Cap on Level 7 (Help Needed)

Plz can any one give me a link where it is mentioned that how many times we can do level 7 course ?

there is no limit on the number of level 7 course you can do per se, but there is a limit on the number of years you can spend studying at degree level and academic progression may prevent you from studying a course at the same academic level, you will not find a link that tells you 'how many times we can do a level 7 course' because there is no such thing.
