If I go enter to UK with my family - me being a Tier 4 (General) student and wife and children as my dependents, will I be eligible to send my 3 years old son to a nursery where 30 hours per week is funded by the government ?

As per the given article I'll be eligible for 15 hours per week. If I need to buy extra hours from the same school, do you know the charges ? 'm referring to the government school nurseries, not the private ones.
