Hi Folks,
I am from Coventry university, pursuing Msc course. As of now I only got a few modules results and passed. I still waiting for my other module's results. When I went to the student union they said they will publish results on 24th Jan 2022. The problem is I have a visa until 11th Jan 2022. I am not able to understand how to handle this situation.
I have asked this question to many individuals in the Coventry Uni, like Immigration help, Coventry Faculty side also. Still no use, they keep saying "this situation facing every student who enrolled in this course". No one telling what would be the solution.
On other hand, Immigration help (Coventry uni) said you can apply for "exception assurance". I still do not understand why Coventry uni is not providing any documentary evidence to help students. the Information given by reception or student union or immigration helper is not all helping to students in this situation. Also, they are confusing me.
Hence I came to this forum to understand my rights to stay. can anyone help me with this situation or please share any experience you faced and how you resolved it. It would be very beneficial for me
My questions:
1. Am I eligible for Exceptional Assurance in my condition?
Answer:
2. What are the minimum credits required for a graduate Visa, if my current passed modules reach that limit, can I apply for a Graduate Visa?
Answer:
3. Is the Graduate Visa applicant must have a Master degree or course completed ?
Answer:
4. if I must wait until 24th Jan 2022 to see my results and get my course completion certificate, How would I like to stay in the UK in this pandemic situation. is there any alternate route other than exceptional Assurance.
Answer:
