revocation of deportation order

i have a question regarding Travel TO UK. I have been deported from uk in 2017.i come to uk in 2005 on a student visa and till august 2012 i lived on a visa but when someone submitted y further visa for extension home office refused due 3 days after the expiry of my visa and i come to know in 2013(after six month) my visa was refused due to late application i submitted again fresh application and they refused again due last application was out of time then i again applied on ECHR application twice refused and home office come to my home and taken me away.i asked them i will voluntarily go on my ticked which i paid butt still they send me back to pakistan on chartered plane.....

MY QUESTION IS THIS CAN I APPLY AS A DEPENDENT VISA ON MY WIFE'S STUDENT VISA TO COME TO UK?///
OR I WILL HAVE APPLY BEFORE TRAVEL TO REMOVE MY REVOCATION OF DEPORTATION ORDER TO ENTRY CLEARANCE OR HOME OFFICE????

PLEASE GUIDE ME FOR FURTHER WHAT CAN I DO SO I DON'T GET REFUSED DUE TO MY LAST REFUSAL.....
