Document Requirement for study visa

I have submitted my student visa application, and I am now at the document submission stage, should I upload my IELTS result card along with my school, college, and university transcripts as I have shared all these documents with the university in the UK, and they issued me CAS based on that. I was trying to avoid uploading these documents as my IELTS result card had a small name error i.e first name "Muhammad Basir" and last name "Baig" Meanwhile on the passport and CAS letter it is written as, first name "Muhammad" and last name "Basir Baig". Other educational documents have no such error. Should I upload my IELTS result then? or skip IELTS and upload the rest of the academic documents? or Skip uploading these as the university has already assessed me.

What you described is nothing more than omission I.e instead of printing g 3 names only 2 are on the IELTS. Upload it.
