Explaining large credits in bank statement - UK Student Visa

I have applied for UK-Student visa. my bank statement has some large deposits for which UKVI has asked me to provide further documents and source. I provided all the trail and paperwork.

The funds however, are from an employee loan given by my employer and not specific for education purpose as it is a mortgage backed loan. Should this be a problem? I provided all the trail- shown all the disbursements made and funds are in my full control - in my bank account under my name and i m free to use it.

I have paid uni fees out of these funds too.

I have also checked with guidelines available on most of the UK Universities. They suggest that if loan is from any other source than funds must be transferred to my account and i shall wait for 28 days. these conditions are met as funds are transferred to my account and 28 days condition is met.
