Hello Hello,
A couple of questions :)
1) I just submitted my application this morning (August 1), but wanted to use my bank statement from the 1st of July to the 31st as my proof of maintenance funds. Is this possible/ok?
2) The only supporting document required from my "documents used to obtain visa letter" is a transcript from my home university. I was going to print out an "unofficial" transcript, which I would assume is still an "original" copy of the document, but should I request an official one, just in case?
3) Are there fees that have to be paid to the biometrics collection centre, or is that fee part of the visa application process?
4) Should I bring my application to the biometrics centre?
5) Are old passports supposed to be sent along with current passports as a supporting document in the visa application? I don't believe I still have my old passport as it expired, so that may be a problem.

1) Yes, it is possible. They've done away with the 28 day requirement of untouched funds in your account. Even if your bank statement was of 31st July alone it would suffice.

2) you're going to need the original documents.

3) May i ask where you applied from? Isb? Lhr? Khi? .. Although the UK websites state they only need the document listed in the visa letter the the visa center here asks for all documents from high school until now. They sent my friend back home to get the rest because he'd brought in only the document listed.. so how'd you get away with it :) ?

4) No fees need to be paid for biometrics. The visa fee of 21,500 under tier 4 is inclusive of that.. erm..if you submitted your application today wouldnt you be knowing this?

5) Old passports ARE supposed to be sent along with the other passports. If yours expired I'd assume you wrote as such on the visa form asking about your previous passports?
