NEW BABY BORN AFTER APPEAL OF WIFE ALLOWED

hi there i am hare in uk on student visa i applied for my wife's visa and it been refused and then we appeal and we won in august 2009 and now we got new baby a week ago and my wife stil waiting for letter for her passport submission in uk embassy do u know how should we apply for my baby??? I AM FROM PAKSITAN

You have to apply for your child as your dependent.

You have to fill Tier4 dependent form and apply for your child.Same form you filled for your wife with same fee.

What i believe is, first you need to stamp your wife's visa then you have to apply seperate for your baby. You cann't submit baby's application with her now.
