urgent help ! student visa postal rule.

Hi , Everyone my student visa is expiring on 31st august and i am posting my documents on the same day my question is that does HO accept applications which are posted on the last day....... and my second question is that after sending my bank statement to the HO can I withdraw money from the bank or should i wait until i recieve my visa. Thanks

Your application needs to arrive before your last day of visa. I would send it at least one day early before expiry special next day signed delivery.
