Post by SPATEL » Sun Feb 13, 2011 12:30 pm

Dear friends
I need your urgent help in this.
One of my friend has applied as student visa in dec2009.she got her file back at the end of january 2010 due to invalid photographs. she send her file back with new photographs as requested. In feb2010 her biometric has been done.meanwhile her college lost their tier 4 license.she did not received any correspondence from UKBA since than.In august 2010 her college got their tier 4 license back.she started doing inquiry from nov'10 by phone and letter from solicitor. in feb 2010, UKBA sent a letter saying they have sent her rejection letter in march 2010 with no right of appeal and had to leave the country in 1st week of april. She did not get any letter from UKBA in march. Now the letter the sent in feb 2011, they have given one tracking number for the letter the sent in march 2010. she tried tracking the post but she found out that on this particular tracking number there was delivery details available.

Please advise what o do next..

She should contact UKBA when her college lost the sponsor license. It was a serious issue and critical time. That time she might be able change the sponsor and can sent new CAS to UKBA to get LTR.

Now, she is an overstayer in UK and must be in UKBA front line team list to be deported. So my advice is leave as soon as possible.
